Shipping Information
We usually ship all orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) on the same business day. Any orders made after that will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be shipped on the next available business day. We will ship to any address within United States and its territories. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping at this time. We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS), which ensures a fast, reliable, economic and safe delivery of our products. All orders carry tracking information.
Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies
Returns Policy:

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 2 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Cancellation Policy:

- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details.
